摘  要:Firstbeat团队监控系统在北京冬奥会备战周期自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队的机能评估和负荷量化方面发挥了重要作用。通过测试法、专家访谈法和文献综述法,对自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队现役的12名运动员2019年在加拿大外训期间的Firstbeat监控测试数据进行研究。发现疲劳恢复得分具有显著的个体差异性,表现出不同的个体恢复趋势;不同运动员进行相同难度动作组合训练时负荷强度不同,负荷强度会随着对动作掌握能力的提升而下降;跳台训练中,训练冲量、能量消耗与训练时长具有显著的相关性,而平均心率与训练效果具有显著的相关性。得出利用Firstbeat团队监控系统来评价自由式滑雪空中技巧专项跳台训练的相对负荷,对于优化专项训练计划、规避专项运动损伤具有积极作用。未来也应当以更加开放的视野,综合运用更多监测手段,带动冰雪竞技体育的高质量发展。The Firstbeat team monitoring system has played an important role in the functional assessment and load quantification of the freestyle skiing aerials national team during the preparation cycle of Beijing Winter Olympic Games. The Firstbeat monitoring test data of 12 active athletes of the freestyle skiing aerials national team during their training abroad in 2019 in Canada were studied by the methods of testing, expert interview and literature review. It is found that recovery fatigue scores has significant individual variability and shows different individual recovery trends;different athletes trained with different load intensities for the same difficult movement combinations, and the load intensity will decrease with the improvement of the ability to master the movement;in platform jump training, there is a significant correlation between training impulse, energy expenditure and training duration, while the average heart rate has a significant correlation with training effect. It is concluded that the using the Firstbeat team monitoring system to evaluate the relative load of freestyle ski aerials special air training has a positive effect on optimizing special training programs and avoiding special sports injuries. In the future,it should also take a more open view and comprehensively use more monitoring means to drive the high-quality development of ice and snow sports.
