摘  要:自由式滑雪雪上技巧项目技术难度高、强度大,对于运动员的综合素质要求很高,做好该项目运动员损伤康复及预防的研究,对于保障运动员健康、降低运动风险、提高运动员竞赛成绩具有重要意义。从自由式滑雪雪上技巧运动员最容易发生运动损伤的腰、膝、踝三个关节部位入手,对相关运动损伤的基本特点及具体的康复原则与方法进行阐述。提出自由式滑雪雪上技巧运动员应增强损伤防护意识;科学安排和执行训练计划,提高训练质量;正确处理好运动疲劳与恢复的关系等预防损伤的措施,以期帮助我国运动员在保障健康的前提下实现运动成绩的突破,推进我国自由式滑雪雪上技巧项目的长期发展。The freestyle skiing moguls event is technically difficult and enjoys high intensity. It has high requirements for the comprehensive quality of the athletes as well, so it is of great significance to make full preparation for the research on the rehabilitation and prevention of athletes in this sport event to protect athletes’ health, reduce sports risks and improve athletes’ performance. This paper starts from the three joint parts of waist, knee and ankle, where freestyle skiing moguls athletes are most likely to have sports injuries, and elaborates the basic characteristics of related sports injuries and specific rehabilitation principles and methods. It is proposed that freestyle skiing moguls athletes should enhance the awareness of injury protection;arrange and implement the training plan scientifically to improve the training quality;handle the relationship between sports fatigue and recovery and other measures properly to prevent injury, so as to help Chinese athletes make a breakthrough in sports performance on the premise of ensuring health, and promote the long-term development of freestyle skiing moguls.
