摘 要:黑龙江省地处我国东北,天然的冰雪条件优势为黑龙江省的旅游产业与文化产业相互融合创造了得天独厚的条件和发展优势。两大产业的相互融合,能够实现二者之间资源的优势互补,进一步扩大市场的消费规模。面对当前产业间的产品融合创新度不足、企业融合密切度不够、技术融合协作性不佳等若干现状,提出要先从观念意识上认识到冰雪文旅产业融合的价值,再从体制创新、产品升级、集团化建设、紧跟市场需求等多个角度进行对标发力,以期打造出黑龙江省冰雪文旅品牌,实现冰雪旅游产业的可持续发展,为黑龙江省寻找到新的冰雪经济增长点。Heilongjiang Province is located in the northeast of China. The natural advantage of ice and snow resources has created unique conditions and development strength for the integration of tourism industry and cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province. The mutual integration of the two industries can realize the complementary advantages of resources between them and further expand the consumption scale of the market.Faced with the current situations of insufficient innovation in product integration among industries, inadequate closeness in enterprise integration, and poor cooperation in technology integration. It’s proposed to firstly recognize the value of the integration of the ice and snow tourism industry from the conceptual awareness, and then carry out benchmarking from multiple perspectives such as system innovation, product upgrading, group construction, and closely following the market demand, so as to create the ice and snow cultural tourism brand in Heilongjiang Province, realizing the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism industry, and find a new ice and snow economic growth point for Heilongjiang Province.
