摘 要:本文对非金属矿物制备超细粉体在生产应用中团聚问题的研究进展进行阐述,主要从超细粉体制备中助磨剂、分散剂等助剂的添加,超细粉体加工工艺及主要粉碎设备等介绍,以及超细粉体分级和分散等关键技术的应用,同时总结最新的试验及工程研究数据,为非金属矿物超细粉体有效破碎、稳定分散提供参考。In this paper,the research progress of agglomeration in the production and application of ultrafine powders prepared from non-metallic minerals is described,mainly from the addition of grinding aids,dispersants and other additives in the preparation of ultrafine powders.The processing technology of superfine powder and the main crushing equipment are introduced,and the application of key technologies such as powder classification and dispersion.At the same time,the latest experimental and engineering research data are summarized to provide reference for effective crushing and stable dispersion of non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder.
