摘 要:采用透光率法研究滑石粉、云母粉、硅微粉、碳酸钙等粉体的透明性,筛选了适宜的测试条件,考查了半定量的准确性,结合传统湿膜法验证了该方法的适用性。结果表明:润滑油分散液、20%粉体含量、3mm光程比色皿、静置5~15分钟等测试条件,获得了准确、稳定、高区分度的测试效果。该方法以半定量数值化测定粉体的透明度,可广泛应用于多种形态非金属矿物粉体的透明度评价。The light transmittance method was employed to study the transparency of talc powder,mica powder,silica powder,and calcium carbonate powder.The test conditions were properly selected,and the semi-quantitative accuracy was examined.In addition,the traditional wet film method was used to verify the applicability of the test method.The results show that the accurate,stable and high-resolution detection effects are achieved under the test conditions of lubricating oil dispersion,powder content for 20%,optical path of cuvette for 3 mm and stewing for 5-15 minutes.The transparency is measured numerically in a semi-quantitative way,and the determination method can be widely applied to evaluate the transparency of various forms of non-metallic mineral powders.
