摘  要:2022年10月云南省某鸡场鸡群发生呼吸系统疾病。为探究病因,对发病鸡采集组织样品进行呼吸系统疾病相关病原PCR检测,并对部分阳性样品进行基因序列分析。结果显示:采集的5份病鸡样品新城疫病毒、鼻气管鸟杆菌核酸均为阳性,其他病原均为阴性。阳性样品新城疫病毒F基因与2013年国内发现的KC844235、2005年美国发现的Y18898等毒株高度同源,同源性均达100%,属于GroupⅡ分支,为弱毒株;阳性样品鼻气管鸟杆菌16S rDNA序列与2019年国内大陆地区发现的MN023015、2007年台湾地区发现的DQ195253以及2020年波兰发现的MW298723等菌株均在同一个分支上,同源性为100%,属于GroupⅠ分支。结果表明:该鸡场存在新城疫病毒和鼻气管鸟杆菌的混合感染,且病原基因变异较小,混合感染可能加重了被感染鸡群病情。本研究为新城疫病毒、鼻气管鸟杆菌混合感染的防控提供了参考。In October 2022,respiratory diseases occurred in a chicken farm in Yunnan Province.In order to find out the reason,the tissue samples collected from diseased chickens were detected by PCR for pathogens related to respiratory diseases,and the gene sequences of some positive samples were analyzed.The results showed that all the five samples were positive for the nucleic acids of Newcastle disease virus(NDV)and Omithobacterium rhinotracheale(ORT),but negative for other pathogens.The F gene of NDV in the positive samples was 100%homologous with KC844235 identified in China in 2013 and Y18898 in the United States in 2005,and belonged to Group II branch as a weak strain;the nucleotide sequence of 16S rDNA of ORT in the positive samples was in the same branch with MN023015 identified in China Mainland in 2019,DQ195253 in Taiwan in 2007 and MW298723 in Poland in 2020,fell into Group I branch,with the homology of 100%.In conclusion,co-infection with NDV and ORT was available in the farm,with little gene variation.The co-infection might worsen the diseases prevalent in the infected chickens.A reference was therefore provided for the prevention and control of co-infection with NDV and ORT.
