摘　　要：目的:对鹿晶益气生血丸生产工艺进行研究,确定最优的生产工艺。方法:采用单因素方差分析、正交试验法,以出膏率为指标考察提取工艺参数;采用崩解时限检测法、高效液相色谱(HPLC)法考察药汁的用量、起模细粉量、干燥时间、干燥温度等因素,优选成型工艺条件。结果:提取工艺为饮片浸泡2 h,煎煮3次(首次加7.5倍量水,2、3次加6倍量水)煎煮时间30 min,过滤,合并滤液浓缩至相对密度1.20;成型工艺条件为饮片混合粉碎过100目筛,得细粉混匀;取5%细粉起模,泛丸成型,干燥温度80℃、干燥时间2 h,完成3批成品小试工艺验证,参数稳定。结论:鹿晶益气生血丸工艺制备稳定,可控。We studied the production process of Lujing Yiqi Shengxue pills and determined the optimal production process.Single factor ANOVA and orthogonal test were used to investigate the extraction process parameters.Disintegration time method and HPLC method were used to investigate the decoction amount,the fine powder amount,the drying time,the drying temperature and other factors affecting the molding process.The optimized extraction process was as follows:soaking for 2 h,decocting for 30 min for 3 times(adding 7.5 times water for the first time,adding 6 times water for the second and third times),filtering and concentrating to the relative density of 1.20.The optimized molding process was as follows:mixing and crushing the pieces through a 100-mesh sieve to get fine powder,putting 5%fine powder into the mold,and drying at 80℃for 2 h.Three batches of finished products were tested,and it was proved that the production process of Lujing Yiqi Shengxue pills was stable and controllable.
