摘　　要：某工业园区污水厂原设计规模为1.5×10^(4) m^(3)/d,实际处理规模为1.2×10^(4) m^(3)/d,采用“水解酸化池+A^(2)O+高效沉淀池+活性砂滤池”工艺。原出水执行《城市污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。因工业园区各企业对中水回用的迫切需求,出水水质提标至地表水准Ⅳ类标准,要求COD≤30 mg/L、NH_(3)-N≤1.5 mg/L,故亟须对工艺进行提标改造。经中试分析论证,确定在原工艺活性砂滤池后续建“臭氧/陶瓷膜-生物活性炭”工艺。论文详细论述该工艺的机理、工艺特点、设计及运行管理效果及要求。工程建成后,系统运行效果稳定,出水各指标均优于设计标准。提标段单位投资成本为940元/m^(3),提标部分的运行成本为0.35元/m^(3),占厂区总运行成本的32.5%。The WWTP in an industrial part has an original design scale 1.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d,the actual treatment scale 1.2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,using hydrolysis acidification+AAO+high efficiency sedimentation tank+active sand filter process.The effluent should reach the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).Because of the increasing demand for reclaimed water from enterprises in the industrial park,the process needed to be upgraded with the designed effluent reaching the quasi-Ⅳsurface water standard,COD≤30mg/L,NH_(3)-N≤1.5mg/L.After pilot analysis and demonstration,the process of Ozone/ceramic Membrane-Biological Activated Carbon was added behind the original process of active sand filter.The mechanism,process characteristics,design and operation management effect and requirements of the advanced process were discussed in detail.After completion of the project,the operation effect was stable,and the indicators of the effluent were better than the design standard.The retrofitting project construction investment was about 940 Yuan/m^(3),while the operation cost was increased by 0.35 Yuan/m^(3)on account of the retrofitting,accounting for 32.5%of the total operation cost of the plant.
