摘 要:采用河床现有砂砾料为筑坝材料的主要料源,在适应环境和减轻环境破坏方面具有显著的优势。拟建的上库脚水库坝址以上河道砂卵砾石储量丰富,为评估材料是否具备建设胶凝砂砾石坝的条件开展材料性能试验研究。通过开展水泥用量、砂率、含泥量等参数对胶凝砂烁石强度的影响研究,研究结果表明:(1)现场砂砾石料平均砂率为16.8%,基于施工工作性和质量保障,砂率外掺增加到30%;(2)坝体主体配合比优选试验表明,最低水泥掺量即80kg/m^(3)的胶凝砂砾石,180d强度基本能满足或接近导则要求,考虑一定强度富裕度以及施工中填筑材料不均一性等因素,水泥选用90kg/m^(3)~100kg/m^(3),拌和物VC值在2~12s;(3)石粉含量和含泥量在30%以内,对抗压强度的影响不大。The cemented sand gravel dam uses the existing sand gravel material in the riverbed as the main material source of dam building materials, which has significant advantages in adapting to the environment and reducing environmental damage. The river channel above the dam site of Shangkujiao Reservoir is rich in sand and gravel reserves. In order to evaluate whether the materials are qualified for the construction of cemented sand gravel dam, the material performance test research is carried out. Through the research on the influence of cement content, sand coarse aggregate ratio and mud content on the strength of cementitious sand and gravel, the research results show that:(1) the average sand coarse aggregate ratio of on-site gravel is 16.8%, and the sand coarse aggregate ratio is increased to 30%based on the construction workability and quality assurance;(2) The optimization test of the main mix proportion of the dam body shows that the minimum cement content, i.e. 80kg/m^(3) cemented sand gravel, can basically meet or approach the rule requirements for 180d strength. Considering a certain strength margin and the heterogeneity of filling materials during construction, 90kg/m^(3)~ 100kg/m^(3) cement is selected, and the VC value of the mixture is 2 ~ 12s;(3) The content of stone powder and mud is less than 30%, which has little effect on the compressive strength.
