摘  要:以境外某水电站40MW灯泡贯流式机组为背景,以机组运行过程中发生的水导轴瓦烧损事故为例,介绍了电站水导轴承结构型式以及油系统在设计、运行管理中存在的问题和采取的改进措施,防范和避免水导轴承在运行过程再次出现烧瓦事故,保证电站机组的安全运行和管理。Taking a 40MW bulb tubular unit of a hydropower station abroad as the background, this paper introduces the structural type of the water guide bearing and the problems existing in the design, operation and management of the oil system of the hydropower station, as well as the improvement measures taken, taking the burning accident of the water guide bearing bush during the operation of the unit as an example. It can prevent and avoid the bushing burning accident of water guide bearing during operation, and ensure the safe operation and management of power plant units.
