摘  要:由于绿春县八尺水库混凝土面板堆石坝坝基复杂的地质条件,两次采取常规方法进行帷幕灌浆,依然存在较大渗漏。研究采取“引孔自下而上小段脉冲灌浆”新工艺第三次进行全面补灌,为了节约造价,基于库区渗流分析,借助多元信息,开展灌浆工程优化研究,综合多元信息,进行堵漏灌浆施工动态优化。通过优化,灌浆孔段节省约68%,施工质量达到设计要求,预测正常蓄水条件下的总渗漏量控制在6.5L/s。Due to the complex geological conditions of the dam foundation of the concrete face rockfill dam in Bachi Reservoir of Lvchun County, large leakage still exists in the dam foundation after curtain grouting twice with conventional methods. In this paper, a new technology of "pulse grouting from bottom to top of pilot hole" is adopted for the third time to make up grouting in an all-round way. In order to save cost, based on seepage analysis in reservoir area and with the help of multiple information, the optimization research of grouting engineering is carried out. The dynamic optimization of plugging grouting construction is carried out by combining multiple information. Through optimization, the grouting hole section can save about 68% and the construction quality can meet the design requirements. The total leakage under normal water storage condition is predicted to be controlled at 6.5L/s.
