摘  要:为满足钢-超薄UHPC轻型组合桥面的工程需要,提出了一种新型超短栓钉抗剪连接件,并且通过静力推出试验,得到了超短栓钉的抗剪承载力和荷载-滑移曲线。试验结果表明:试件的破坏模式为超短栓钉钉杆剪断,超短栓钉具有很高的承载能力,抗剪承载力平均值高达82.5 kN。通过有限元软件,研究了栓钉直径、UHPC强度等参数对超短栓钉抗剪性能的影响,分析结果显示:不同参数试件的荷载-滑移曲线具有相似的形状特征,且栓钉直径对超短栓钉的抗剪承载力影响显著,而提高UHPC强度可以增大抗剪承载力,但提升幅度有限。In order to meet the engineering needs of the steel-ultra-thin UHPC light combination bridge deck,this paper proposes a new type of ultra-short stud shear connector,and through the static push-out test,the shear capacity and load-slip curves of the super short stud were obtained.The test results showed that the failure mode of the specimen was the shearing of the rod of the super short stud.The super short stud had a high bearing capacity and the average shear capacity was as high as 82.5 kN.Through finite element analysis,the effects of stud diameter,UHPC strength and other parameters on the shear resistance of ultra-short studs were studied.The analysis results show that the load-slip curves of specimens with different parameters have similar shape characteristics,and the stud diameter of ultrashort stud had a great effect on the shear bearing capacity,and increased the strength of UHPC can increase the shear bearing capacity,but the improvement is limited.
