摘 要:为了研究钢箱-混凝土组合梁桥竖向温度梯度分布模式和其影响因素,以某简支钢箱-混凝土组合梁桥为背景,基于三维遮挡算法,考虑太阳辐射、对流换热、结构热传导等因素影响,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立钢箱-混凝土组合梁桥温度场,分析精细有限元模型。分析四季典型天气下竖向温度分布变化规律,提出了两种竖向温度梯度模式,采用基于温差基数、位置基数的多折线模式对竖向温度梯度进行简化。采用参数分析的方法分析环境参数、材料参数、截面参数对竖向温度梯度的影响,并采用多元线性回归的方法分析各参数的影响程度,提出钢箱-混凝土组合梁桥的竖向温度梯度基数回归函数。The present study aims at the vertical temperature gradient mode of steel box concrete composite girder bridge and its influencing factors.Based on the three-dimensional occlusion algorithm,a fine finite element model for the temperature field analysis of simply supported steel box concrete composite girder bridge was established with the finite element software ABAQUS,taking the effects of solar radiations,convective heat transfer,and structure heat conduction into account.The change rule of vertical temperature distribution in typical periods of four seasons was analyzed.Two vertical temperature gradient patterns are proposed.The vertical temperature gradient is simplified by the multi broken line model based on temperature difference base and position base.The influence of environmental parameters,material parameters and section parameters on vertical temperature gradient was analyzed by parametric analysis method.The influencing degree of every fact was analyzed by using multiple linear regression.Regression function of temperature gradient base for steel box concrete composite girder bridge was proposed.
