摘　　要：桥梁健康监测系统可实时反映桥梁运营状态,为大件运输车辆过桥安全预警提供数据。基于中小跨径桥梁受力特点和大件运输车辆过桥需要监测的数据,同时考虑工程应用的经济性和适用性,设计了一套桥梁健康监测系统,并对系统的组成部分进行了详细阐述。以一座连续箱梁为监测对象,应用该监测系统对数据进行现场的采集、处理、传输、分析、存储,并将数据输入预警系统,预警系统判定大件运输车辆可安全通过桥梁。实践表明,该监测系统能够及时、有效地提供桥梁状态信息,为大件运输车辆过桥安全性预警提供了技术性支持。Bridge health monitoring system can reflect the bridge operation status in real time and provide data for safety warning of large transport vehicles crossing the bridge.Based on the stress characteristics of medium and small span bridges and the requirement of monitoring data of customized transport vehicles crossing bridges,considering the economy and applicability of engineering application,a bridge health monitoring system was designed.The components of the system were described in detail.Taking a continuous box girder as the monitoring object,the monitoring system was used to collect,process,transmit,analyze and store the data in field and the data were input into the safety warning system.The safety warning system indicated that customized transport vehicles can safely transport through the bridge.The experiment shows that the bridge status information can be provided timely and effectively by the monitoring system,which provides technical support for security warning of customized transport vehicles crossing bridges.
