摘  要:设计了一种由连接器、线圈、永磁体、磁致伸缩带、铁芯、填充材料、外壳及手柄等主要组件构成的扭转模态导波探头,应用设计的超声导波探头进行了Ⅲ型车用高压储氢气瓶上模拟裂纹缺陷的超声导波检测,基于检测结果验证了探头的设计可靠性和使用效果。此探头理论上能够在检测对象上任意移动,适用于常规超声导波初步整体检测后的局部损伤和缺陷详细检测,具有较高的周向定位准确性和变截面检测灵敏度。A kind of torsion mode guided wave probe is designed,which is mainly composed of connector,coil,permanent magnet,magnetostrictive belt,iron core,filling material,shell,handle and so on,the designed ultrasonic guided wave probe was used to detect the crack on the high pressure hydrogen storage cylinder of type III vehicle.The reliability of the design and the effect of the probe were verified based on the test results.In theory,the probe can move on the test object arbitrarily,which is suitable for the detailed detection of local damage and defect after the initial overall detection of conventional ultrasonic guided waves,with high circumferential positioning accuracy and variable cross-section detection sensitivity.
