摘  要:针对在吊车载荷作用下直径1020 mm、壁厚12 mm热水供热管道,先采用加拿大能源管线协会发布的经验公式法对直埋管段进行强度校核,然后采用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟计算直埋管段及其防护层的应力。结合两种应力算法核算结果对直埋管段及其防护层的安全性进行评估。分析校核结果表明,直埋管段及其防护层均满足强度要求,管道有限元分析结果与经验公式法验算结果基本一致,但是经验公式法无法对防护层的强度进行校核。建议工程项目中分情况采用不同的方法进行应力校核,无保温防护层管道直接采用公式法,设计了保温防护而且有必要考虑防护层强度失效的工况则采用有限元分析方法。In view of the D1020 mm×12 mm specification hot water heating pipeline under the crane load,the strength of the direct buried pipe section is checked by the empirical formula issued by the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association,and then the stress of the direct buried pipe section and the protective layer is simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis software.Combined with the calculation and simulation results of the two stress analysis methods,the safety of the buried pipe section and the protective layer was evaluated.The analysis and verification results show that the buried pipe section and the protective layer meet the strength requirements.The finite element analysis results of the pipeline are basically consistent with the verification results of the empirical formula method,but the empirical formula method cannot check the strength of the protective layer.Therefore,it is recommended that in the engineering project,the formula method can be directly used for the pipeline without thermal insulation protective layer.For the working conditions with thermal insulation protective layer and it is necessary to consider the strength failure of the protective layer,the finite analysis method should be used.
