摘 要:针对铸铁制造的冷却器异形壳体设计中存在的规则设计方法过于保守问题,改用有限元分析方法进行冷却器异形壳体的结构强度分析。在满足结构强度的条件下,采用ANSYS参数化设计,以加强筋的高度和厚度、筒体厚度、平板厚度作为优化变量,以质量最小作为优化设计的目标函数,对冷却器异形壳体进行结构优化设计。有限元分析结果表明,结构优化后的冷却器异形壳体质量减少了23.35%,达到了结构轻量化和节约成本的目的。In view of the fact that the special shaped shell of the interstage cooler was too conservative in the regular design,the finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the structural strength of the special shaped shell of the interstage cooler.Under the condition of meeting the structural strength,the structural optimization design of the special shaped shell of the interstage cooler was carried out by using the parametric design of ANSYS.The height and thickness of the stiffener,the thickness of the cylinder and the thickness of the plate were taken as the optimization variables,and the minimum mass is taken as the objective function of the optimization design.The results of finite element analysis show that the quality of the special shaped shell of the interstage cooler is reduced by 23.35%,which effectively reduces the manufacturing cost and achieves the purpose of light weight structure and cost saving.
