摘  要:机泵是流程工业的重点耗能设备之一,其节能改造因而具有重要意义。某烯烃厂循环水水泵虽然在高效区运行,但其泵特性与实际需求的管路特性不匹配,存在管路系统能量浪费。针对水泵实际运行状况,结合离心泵叶轮切割原理,分析了对其进行节能改造的可行性,提出的叶轮切割节能改造方案可节约能耗19.7%。改造实施后,年节电效益超过443万元。The pump is one of the key energy-consuming equipment in the process industry,so its energy-saving reconstruction is of great significance.The circulating water pumps of an olefin plant operated in the high-efficiency area of its performance curve,but the pump characteristics did not match the actual pipeline characteristics,and a quantity of energy was wasted.According to the actual working conditions of the pump,combined with the impeller cutting principle of the centrifugal pump,the feasibility of energy-saving reconstruction was analyzed.The proposed impeller cutting scheme for energy-saving reconstruction can save energy consumption by 19.7%.After the implementation of the reconstruction,the annual power-saving benefit of more than RMB 4.43 million was obtained.
