摘  要:在新型涡旋压缩机摆线转子齿轮油泵的总成部件批量生产过程中,清洁度不理想容易造成零件卡滞和磨损,影响齿轮油泵正常运转和总成部件寿命。采用超声波清洗工艺,可以保证齿轮油泵泵体各零件的清洁度。介绍了超声波自动清洗生产线的设计技术方案、清洗流程及使用过程,通过采用超声波自动清洗系统、控制系统以及吹渣清扫等系统,可实现涡旋压缩机摆线转子齿轮油泵壳体的前处理传输、洗前传输和超声波自动清洗等功能,保证了生产过程中零件清洁度的要求。In the assembly of solve a new type of scroll compressor cycloidal rotor gear pump batch production process,cleanliness is not ideal,the moving parts are easy to get stuck and wear,which will affect the normal operation and assembly life of gear oil pump.During the research and development of this project,the ultrasonic automatic cleaning production line of scroll compressor cycloidal rotor gear oil pump housing is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of production.The technical scheme,cleaning process and use process of the ultrasonic automatic cleaning production line are described.The ultrasonic automatic cleaning production line is mainly composed of ultrasonic automatic cleaning system,control system,as well as slag blowing cleaning and other auxiliary systems,it can realize the functions of pre-treatment transmission,pre-washing transmission and ultrasonic automatic cleaning of the housing of cycloidal rotor gear oil pump of scroll compressor.The requirements for cleanliness of parts during production are guaranteed.
