互联网使用和风险偏好对农户生态种养技术持续采纳意愿的影响——以稻虾共作技术为例

摘　　要：本文基于2021年7月在江汉平原的调研数据,以稻虾共作技术为例,构建双变量Probit模型,实证分析了互联网使用和风险偏好对农户稻虾共作技术的采纳行为和持续采纳意愿的影响。结果表明:是否使用互联网以及使用频率均显著正向影响农户的采纳行为和持续采纳意愿;且风险偏好型农户更愿意采纳和持续采纳稻虾共作技术;同时,互联网使用在风险偏好对持续采纳意愿的影响中具有显著的负向调节作用,即互联网使用削弱了风险偏好对农户采纳决策的正向影响。进一步异质性分析发现,互联网使用和风险偏好对农业收入占比较高的农户的采纳决策影响更大;互联网使用对青壮年农户和老年农户的影响差异较小,风险偏好对青壮年农户的采纳行为和持续采纳意愿影响显著,对老年农户的持续采纳意愿显著。因此,应该充分发挥好互联网使用在农户获取信息中的重要作用,采取一定的措施降低农户承担的风险。Based on the survey data of rice-crayfish integrated technology in Jianghan Plain in July 2021, the Heckman two-stage model was constructed to analyze the impact of Internet use and risk preference on farmers’ adoption behavior and willingness to continue adoption of rice-crayfish integrated technology. The results showed that whether or not to use the Internet and the frequency of use have significant positive impact on farmers’ adoption behavior and willingness to continue adoption;farmers with risk preference were more willing to adopt and continue to adopt rice-crayfish integrated technology. At the same time, Internet use has a significant negative moderating effect on the impact of risk preference on the willingness to continue adoption, that is, Internet use weakens the positive impact of risk preference on farmers’ adoption decisions. Further heterogeneity analysis shows that, Internet use and risk preference have a greater impact on adoption decisions of farmers with higher agricultural income;Internet use has little different impact on young and middle-aged farmers and elderly farmers;risk preference has a significant impact on young and middle-aged farmers’ adoption behavior and willingness to continue adoption, while it has a significant impact on elderly farmers’ willingness to continue adoption.Therefore, we should make full use of the important role of the Internet and take some measures to reduce the risks taken by farmers.
