摘 要:企业拟采用废渣来改善生料易烧性,为了给废渣选用提供指导,以企业日常出磨生料、煤灰配制基础生料(KH=0.916,SM=2.46,IM=1.21),分别外掺ZnO、TiO_(2)、MnO_(2)、CuO与CaF_(2),比较各外掺物对生料易烧性的改善效果。结果表明,掺量为1%时,1 350℃烧成温度下,CuO对生料易烧性改善效果最好,TiO_(2)和ZnO次之,MnO_(2)与CaF_(2)对易烧性改善不大;高于1 400℃时,以TiO_(2)、ZnO和CaF_(2)改善易烧性效果最好,MnO_(2)次之,CuO效果最差。在1 400℃下,外掺物掺量由0.5%升至2.0%,ZnO和TiO_(2)对f-CaO含量降低效果受掺量影响较小,MnO_(2)和CaF_(2)受掺量影响较大,CuO掺量增加对f-CaO含量降低不利。从改善易烧性角度看,宜优先选用含锌、含钛和含氟废渣来改善熟料的烧成。The enterprise intends to use solid waste to improve the burnability of raw meal. In order to provide guidance for the selection of waste residue, the base raw meal(KH=0.916, SM=2.46, IM=1.21) was prepared with mill exports raw meal and coal ash of the enterprise and doped with ZnO, TiO_(2), MnO_(2), CuO and CaF_(2), and the improvement effect of doped materials on the burnability was compared. The results showed that when the doping amount was 1%, under 1 350 ℃,CuO had the best effect on improving the burnability, TiO_(2) and ZnO were the second, and MnO_(2) and CaF_(2) had little effect on improving the burnability.When the temperature was higher than 1 400 ℃, TiO_(2), ZnO and CaF_(2) have the best effect on improving burnability, followed by MnO_(2), and CuO had the worst effect. At 1 400℃, the reduction of f-CaO content was less affected by ZnO and TiO_(2) from 0.5% to 2.0%, and affected obviously by MnO_(2) and CaF_(2). However the increase of CuO was unfavorable to the reduction of f-CaO content. It is worth considering to improve the burnability of raw meal with zinc,titanium and fluorine containing wastes.
