摘  要:为了推动超细粉煤灰在水泥生产中的应用,通过工业磨机制备超细粉煤灰,将超细粉煤灰按一定比例分别直接掺入到P·Ⅰ42.5硅酸盐水泥、P·O 42.5普通硅酸盐水泥和M 32.5砌筑水泥中对其性能进行了系统的研究。研究结果表明:对粉煤灰进行粉磨加工形成超细粉煤灰,可以大幅度提高粉煤灰活性;超细粉煤灰适宜细度0.045 mm筛筛余≤0.7%;以直接掺加的方式利用超细粉煤灰时,可以用于生产普通硅酸盐水泥、复合硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥和砌筑水泥,其适宜掺量分别为:≤5%、≥30%、≥30%、≥20%,应用时需关注标准稠度用水量的增大、凝结时间的延长、胶砂流动度的降低和3 d强度降低对水泥性能的影响。In order to promote the application of ultrafine fly ash in cement production, ultrafine fly ash was prepared by industrial mill. The ultrafine fly ash was directly mixed into P·Ⅰ 42.5 Portland cement, P·O 42.5 ordinary Portland cement and M 32.5 masonry cement in a certain proportion and their properties were studied systematically. The research results showed that the activity of fly ash can be greatly improved by gringding fly ash to form ultrafine fly ash. Superfine fly ash suitable fineness 0.045 mm sieve residual ≤0.7%. When ultrafine fly ash was used by direct mixing, it can be used to produce ordinary Portland cement, composite Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement and masonry cement. The appropriate mix content were respectively ≤5%, ≥30%, ≥30%, ≥20%. In application, attention should be paid to the effects of the increase of water consumption of standard consistency, the prolongation of setting time, the decrease of mortar fluidity and the decrease of 3 d strength on cement properties.
