摘 要:为了降低水泥粉磨能耗,优化水泥及混凝土性能,研究了助磨剂二乙二醇(DEG)、三乙醇胺(TEA)、三异丙醇胺(TIPA)、二乙醇单异丙醇胺(DEIPA)单掺及复掺对水泥粉磨及水泥与混凝土性能方面的影响。结果表明:各类有机助磨剂均能有效地降低水泥45μm筛筛余,助磨剂会缩短水泥的凝结时间,DEG可增加水泥早期强度,TEA对水泥强度方面作用不显著,TIPA及DEIPA可以较大幅度地提升水泥的后期强度,助磨剂DEG与TIPA复掺后可以进一步优化水泥及混凝土的性能,改善掺矿渣粉混凝土的工作性能及提高掺粉煤灰水泥及混凝土的后期强度。In order to reduce the energy consumption of cement grinding and optimize the properties of cement and concrete,the effects of grinding aids including diethylene glycol(DEG), triethanolamine(TEA), triisopropanolamine(TIPA) and diethanol-monoisopropanol-amine(DEIPA) on cement grinding and the properties of cement and concrete were studied.The results showed that all kinds of organic grinding aids can effectively reduce cement 45 μm sieve residue, grinding aids will shorten the setting time of cement, DEG can increase the early strength of cement, TEA has no significant effect on the strength of cement, TIPA and DEIPA can significant improve the later strength of cement, and the compound mixing of grinding aids DEG and TIPA can further optimize the properties of cement and concrete, improve the working performance of concrete mixed with GGBS and improve the later strength of cement and concrete that mixed with fly ash.
