“大旅游”时代背景下舟山群岛新区旅游联动发展研究

摘　　要：舟山群岛是我国首个国家级群岛新区,也是长三角城市群组成部分.舟山群岛新区范围广阔,岸线漫长、岛礁众多,是我国著名的海岛旅游区.在大旅游时代舟山群岛新区实施旅游联动是实现区域一体化发展、创建国际旅游岛品牌的必然选择.深入分析了舟山群岛新区旅游联动发展的有利条件和障碍因素,在此基础上从智慧旅游及大数据平台建设、建立联动管理机制、整合产品体系、特色线路+地接服务等方面提出了旅游联动的构想.最后讨论了舟山群岛新区实现联动的具体步骤和与长三角旅游区内外联动发展的必要性.Zhoushan archipelago is the first state-level archipelago new district in China,meanwhile,it is a part of the Yangtze River Delta city group and a famous island tourism area.With the wide range,long coastline and numerous scattered islands,in order to achieve regional integration development and create an international leisure tourism brand,it is an inevitable choice for Zhoushan archipelago new district to implement the tourism linkage under the“Grand Tourism”era.This paper analyzes the favorable conditions and obstacles of Zhoushan archipelago new district’s tourism linkage development.Then,we put forward the concept of tourism linkage from the aspects of wisdom tourism,big data platform construction,linkage management mechanism,product integration,featured routes and local guides.Finally,we discuss the steps for Zhoushan archipelago new district to realize linkage and the necessity of linkage development with the Yangtze river delta tourism area.
