摘  要:针对地方高校师范生培养简单趋同化、缺乏特色等问题,以南阳师范学院生物科学专业为例,探索基于国家级一流本科专业的地方高校师范专业特色化发展模式.根据国家一流专业和师范认证要求,重构培养方案,在保证“师范性”的同时,凸显区域特色,服务国家重大战略工程和基础教育,传承历史文化和“南水北调”志愿服务精神,优化课程体系和教学内容,深化信息技术融合,优化师资队伍建设,健全实践教学体系,完善保障与监督体系,为培养新时代基础教育骨干教师和生命科学领域应用型人才奠定基础.In view of the simple assimilation and lack of characteristics of the training of normal students in local colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the characteristic development mode of normal major based on construction of national first-class specialty by taking bioscience major of Nanyang Normal University as an example.According to the requirements of national first-class majors and teacher professional certification,we revised the talent training program to ensure the normality and highlight regional characteristics and serve major national strategic projects and basic education.In order to lay the foundation for training cadre teacher of basic education and practical personnel in the field of life sciences in the new era,this paper discusses the development path of construction and implementation of professional characteristic from the following aspects:inheriting the historical culture and the volunteer service spirit of the“South-to-North Water Diversion”,optimizing the curriculum system and teaching content,deepening the integration of information technology,optimizing the construction of teaching staff,improving the practical teaching system,and improving the guarantee and supervision system.
