摘 要:在师范专业认证背景下,师范生教育实践得到不断加强,但仍存在诸如学生教学基本技能不足、教育研习缺失、教师指导不力、实践基地不稳定等问题,南阳师范学院通过建立师范院校与地方中学生物师资培养共同体,以“反向设计”“双向互聘”“名师挂帅”“项目驱动”和“制度保障”来突破师范专业人才培养瓶颈,构建师范专业教育实践命运共同体,实现基地稳定扩展、教学基本技能明显提升、见习目标明确、研习成果显著等成效,切实提升了生物师资培养质量.Under the background of teacher training professional certification,the education practice of normal university students has been continuously strengthened,but there are still some problems,such as the insufficiency of students’basic teaching skills,the lack of education study,the lack of teachers’guidance,the instability of practice base and so on.Nanyang Normal University has established the community of teacher training of biology between normal university and local middle school through the ways of“reverse design”“two-way recruitment”“famous teachers”“project driven”and“system guarantee”to break through the bottleneck of normal professional talent training.The construction of the community in the education practice of normal education has achieved the stable expansion of the base,the obvious improvement of students’basic teaching skills,the clear goal of probation,and the remarkable study results,and has effectively improved the quality of biology teacher training.
