摘  要:了解2017-2021年中国北部麦区新育成小麦品种在适应性、品质、产量和抗性相关基因上的育种选择以及与黄淮麦区主推小麦品种中在这些基因上的遗传差异,利用61个功能标记对来自这两个麦区的160份小麦育成品种进行分析,发现北部麦区新育成品种的遗传多样性高于黄淮麦区品种。聚类分析发现,北部麦区新育成的部分品种与黄淮麦区品种聚为一类,表明两个麦区的部分品种具有相同的血缘。两个麦区品种中与产量相关基因的优异等位变异频率相近,但北部麦区品种中与品质和穗发芽抗性相关基因的优异等位变异频率高于黄淮麦区品种。在北部麦区5个省份中,宁夏品种中与品质和产量相关基因的优异等位变异频率最高。Understanding the utilization of the known genes associated with adaptability,quality,yield,and resistance for wheat cultivars developed from 2017 to 2021 in the northern wheat region(NWR)and clarifying the genetic differences from the Yellow-Huai river valleys winter wheat zone(YHWZ)are essential in the improvement of wheat cultivars for the NWR.Based on the 61 functional markers,160 wheat cultivars from NWR and YHWZ were analyzed.The results showed that the cultivars from NWR had higher genetic diversity than those from YHWZ.Clustering analysis showed that some cultivars from NWR were clustered with those from YHWZ,indicating that they have certain degree of genetic relationships.The cultivars in the two wheat areas had similar frequency of favorable alleles in the yield-related genes,but the cultivars from NWR had higher frequencies of favorable alleles in the genes associated with quality and pre-harvest sprouting resistance.Among the five provinces of NWR,cultivars from Ningxia carried the highest frequencies of favorable alleles related to quality and yield.
