摘　　要：伴随着科学技术的进步,社会对养老服务人才需求的类型在不断地变化,因此,这种需求的水准也在不断地提高,培养不同类型的养老服务人才,以适应日益严峻的社会老龄化的发展进程,是时代赋予高等学校的任务。我国正处在后工业化时期,再加上是人口大国,受地区差异大等诸多因素的影响,对各类养老服务专业人才的需求将是旺盛与长期的。高等院校专业设置的前瞻性,无疑对于城市的未来发展起着至关重要的作用。当然,教育与经济发展之间的关系是复杂的,应该与各地的经济发展状况相适应,不能与实际市场脱节、错位。以国际化视野探究养老服务人才培养路径,通过恰当的借鉴、创新是一种事半功倍的方法。With the advancement of science and technology,the type of society’s demand for elderly care service talents is constantly changing.Of course,the level of this demand is also continuously improved.To cultivate different types of elderly care service talents to adapt to the increasingly severe social aging,is the task of the era entrusted to colleges and universities.As China is in the period of post-industrialization,coupled with a large population and affected by factors such as regional differences,the demand for all kinds of elderly care service professionals will be exuberant and long-term.There is no doubt that the forward-looking setting of majors in colleges and universities plays a vital role in the future development of cities.Actually,the relationship between education and economic development is complicated.It should be compatible with the economic development status of various places,and should not be disconnected or misplaced from the actual market.It is a kind of efficient method to explore the training path of elderly care service talents from an international perspective through appropriate reference and innovation.
