戊酸雌二醇联合地屈孕酮对流产清宫术后宫腔粘连和卵巢激素分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨戊酸雌二醇联合地屈孕酮对流产清宫术后宫腔粘连和卵巢激素分泌的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月江门市中心医院收治的100例接受流产清宫术治疗患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,观察组采用地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗,比较两组术后宫腔粘连程度、宫腔粘连发生率、宫腔积液发生率、月经复潮时间、C反应蛋白(CRP)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)。结果观察组患者术后宫腔粘连发生率、月经复潮时间及血清CRP水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中度宫腔粘连患者占比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者FSH、LH及E2水平明显下降,且观察组FSH、LH及E2水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇联合地屈孕酮不仅可以有效降低流产清宫术后宫腔粘连发生率,同时可显著改善术后患者的卵巢激素分泌功能。Objective To explore the effect of estradiol valerate combined with didroxyprogesterone on intrauterine adhesions and ovarian hormone secretion after curettage of abortion.Methods 100 patients who were treated by abortion curettage in Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases each.The control group was treated with gentle preparation,and the observation group was treated with gentle formula combined with pentyl glycol,compared the efficacy of two groups,postoperative uterine obligation,uterine cavity incidence,and uterine fluid incidence,Follicular hormone(LH),lurosomal pins(LH),estradiol(E2)and menstrual life.Results The incidence of necluineral bonding in the observation group was significantly lower than that of menstruation(P<0.05),and patients with moderate uterine adhesion in control group were significantly higher than that of observation group(P<0.05);the secretion of ovarian hormone after the two groups decreased,and the levels of FSH,LH and E2 of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined flexophilite in the valeetrate flexopanic acid can significantly reduce the incidence of lavocal adhesion after the abortion,and improve the level of ovarian hormone secretion to ensure the latter day.
