摘  要:目的:对样本医院静脉用药调配中心进行灾害脆弱性分析,了解日常管理中存在的潜在风险因素,确定管理方向和重点。方法:基于Kaiser模型,结合静脉用药调配中心实际情况,设计纸质调查问卷,于2022年1-6月在样本医院静脉用药调配中心开展灾害脆弱性评估,分析指标风险值和矩阵分布。结果:排在前10位的风险事件为内部差错、职业病、安全检查管理漏洞、药品耗材管理漏洞、降雪、洪水、外部差错、工作状态不佳、职业暴露、交通中断/拥堵。结论:开展灾害脆弱性分析可为静脉用药调配中心风险管理提供科学指导,为构建针对性应对策略和有效组织培训及演练提供依据。OBJECTIVE To analyze the vulnerability of the pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS) of a sample hospital to understand the potential risk factors in daily management, and determine the direction and focus of management.METHODS Based on the Kaiser model and the actual situation of PIVAS, a paper questionnaire was designed. From January to June 2022, hazard vulnerability assessment was carried out on the PIVAS of the sample hospital, and the risk values and matrix distribution were analyzed.RESULTS The top 10 risk events were internal errors, occupational disease, management vulnerabilities of security checks, management vulnerabilities of drugs and consumables, snowfall, flood, external errors, poor working state, occupational exposure and traffic disruption/congestion.CONCLUSION Carrying out hazard vulnerability analysis can provide scientific guidance for the risk management of PIVAS, which provides basis for constructing targeted coping strategies and organizing training and drills effectively.
