低温等离子喉部分切除术治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨喉垂直部分切除术和低温等离子喉部分切除术治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床疗效。方法收集选取2016年1月~2020年1月于甘肃省人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科就诊并住院的早期声门型喉癌患者55例,所有患者各项资料完备且能有效随访。术后随访6~24个月。结果 与喉垂直部分切除术相比,低温等离子射频消融术的手术时间短、术中出血量少、住院时间短;同时,术后并发症少且发生率低,对喉部功能的保留较好;复发率上无明显差别。结论 低温等离子喉部分切除术治疗早期声门型喉癌效果满意,是一种有效的微创手术方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vertical partial laryngectomy and lowtemperature plasma partial laryngectomy in the treatment of early glottic laryngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 55 patients with early glottic laryngeal carcinoma,who were admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology of Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 with complete data and effective follow-up were admitted. Postoperative follow-up periods were 6 to 24 months. Results Compared with the vertical partial laryngectomy, coblation has shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss and shorter hospitalization time. At the same time, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower and the preservation of laryngeal function was better. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two methods. Conclusions Coblation is an effective minimally invasive surgical method for the treatment of early glottic laryngeal carcinoma.
