摘　　要：目的 探讨改良戴维开口器在会厌谷手术中的临床应用。方法 回顾分析2019年8月~2021年9月住院部收治的会厌谷部位手术患者资料,选取其中8例在改良戴维开口器暴露下进行手术的患者进行分析,并附典型病例进行详细描述。结果 改良戴维开口器暴露会厌谷区域需要平均时长为3 min,舌扁桃体、会厌舌面、会厌谷底部均暴露良好。结论 会厌谷区域手术选择改良戴维开口器进行术野暴露,操作简单,暴露效果良好。Objective To explore the clinical application of modified Davis-Boyle Mouth Gag in epiglottic valley operation. Methods Data of surgical patients in the epiglottis valley who were admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to September 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. Eight patients who had undergone surgery under modified Davis-Boyle Mouth Gag exposure were selected for analysis, and typical cases were described in detail. Results The duration of exposure to the epiglottis valley with modified Davis-Boyle Mouth Gag was 3 minutes in average. The tonsil, the surface of epiglottis and the bottom of epiglottis valley were all well exposed. Conclusions The modified Davis-Boyle Mouth Gag is a good choice for the exposure of the epiglottic valley region.
