摘　　要：随着碳达峰、碳中和目标的提出,做好碳达峰、碳中和工作是我们当前和今后一个时期全社会的一项重要任务,也是“十四五”时期推进经济社会高质量发展的重要抓手。克拉玛依是一个以石油、石化为主的现代化工业城市,是国家的重要能源基地。作为石油能源的供应者,也是能源消费的大户,提高能源效率,优化能源消费结构,控制煤炭和化石能源消费总量,是克拉玛依高质量转型发展和碳达峰目标、碳中和愿景实现的关键。本文分析了克拉玛依规模以上工业企业化石燃料消费CO_(2)排放情况和面临的挑战,提出了实现碳达峰、碳中和工作的思路和看法。With the proposal of the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,Do good jobs of Carbon peak and carbon neutrality is an important task for the whole society at present and in the future,and it is also an important starting point for us to promote high-quality economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Karamay is a modern industrial city mainly for oil and petrochemical resources,and it is an important energy base of our country.Improving energy efficiency,optimizing the energy consumption structure and controlling the total consumption of coal and fossil energy are the key to realizing the high-quality transformation and development of Karamay and realizing the vision of carbon peak target and carbon neutrality.The CO_(2) emissions of fossil fuel consumption and and challenges of industrial enterprises in Karamay were analyzed.The ideas and views of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality was put forward.
