短信服务在铁路调度应急指挥系统中的应用

摘　　要：为了能够便捷、安全、高效地发送铁路调度应急指挥工作中应急处置通知、安全信息通报等信息,将短信服务应用于铁路调度应急指挥系统中。文章分析铁路调度应急指挥系统中的业务需求,设计短信服务功能及其实现流程,基于应用程序编程接口(API,Application Programming Interface)调用方式,实现了通过发送短信的方式将铁路调度应急指挥工作涉及的内容安全、定向、快速送达。现场应用效果表明,短信服务为应急通知、异常提醒、信息通报等应急工作信息的定向、安全、高效传达提供了有力支撑。In order to send the emergency disposal notice, safety information notification and other information in the railway dispatching emergency command work conveniently, safely and efficiently, short message service was applied to the railway dispatching emergency command system. This paper analyzed the business requirements of the railway dispatching emergency command system, designed the short message service function and its implementation process,and implemented the safe, targeted and fast delivery of the contents involved in the railway dispatching emergency command work by sending short messages based on the application programming interface(API) call mode. The field application results show that short message service provides strong support for the directional, safe and efficient transmission of emergency work information, such as emergency notice, exception reminder and information notification.
