摘  要:采用新开发的弥散渗碳工艺对20MnCr5齿轮钢进行渗碳淬火处理,采用光学显微镜研究析出物的显微组织。结果表明,在齿轮渗碳层一定深度范围内析出了两种不同种类的弥散分布的碳化物,晶界位置主要为大颗粒,其尺寸在1~5μm;晶内主要为小尺寸碳化物,其尺寸小于1μm,数量约占80%以上;并揭示了两种不同类型的碳化物的析出机理。20MnCr5 gear steel was carburized and quenched by the newly developed diffusion carburizing process,and the microstructure of precipitates was studied by means of metallographic microscope.The results show that within a certain depth range of the carburized case,two kinds of carbide with different dispersion distribution are precipitated,which is mainly large particles with a size of 1-5μm at the grain boundary,while at the intragranular the carbide is mainly small in size,which is less than 1μm in size and accounts for more than 80%.The precipitation mechanism of two different types of carbides is also revealed.
