中美“家—校—社”体育一体化发展政策对比研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料等方法对比研究中美2国“家-校-社”体育一体化发展的政策。结论:中国的政策定位目标是健康第1和终身体育,美国为全面发展和终身体育;中国发布的政策文件数量不仅少,且缺乏连续性和稳定性;计划规划、项目活动均是2国主要主题,中国政策文件供给主体以政府部门为主,美国则由各级政府和社会组织组成;中国政策文件以鼓励、号召工具为主,突出符号价值,美国则以权威工具为主,重视实体价值。This article compares the policy of"home-school-society"sports integrated development in China and the United States.Conclusion:China’s policy target is"health first and lifelong sports",compared with America’s"comprehensive development and lifelong sports";China issued less policy documents,and lacks continuity and stability;planning and project activities are the main themes of both countries,while the Chinese policy documents are published by government departments andin America the policy providers are composed of governments and social organizations;the Chinese policies are encouraging tools and persuading tools,which emphasize the symbol value,while the American policies are mainly authoritative tools,which emphasizeentity value.
