摘 要:在我国北方低温地区,发动机低温启动存在困难,其中关键在于低压油管堵塞,随着燃油预热装置的发展,电预热装置使用更为广泛。为探究柴油发动机预热装置使用效果,利用SEM-EDS和热传导分析仪对两种预热装置中所使用的电热合金和PTC热敏电阻进行微观形貌及组成元素分析和导热性能测试,搭建实验平台对两种油管预热装置进行低温预热实验。结果表明:电热合金材料具有较高的导热系数和较好的实验效果,比PTC热敏电阻更适合在预热装置中的应用。In the low-temperature areas of Northern China,there are difficulties in starting the engine at low temperatures,the key of which is the blockage of the low-pressure fuel line,with the development of fuel preheating devices,electric preheating devices are more widely used.In this paper,in order to investigate the effect of using diesel engine preheating device,SEM-EDS and heat conduction analyzer were used to analyze the microscopic morphology and composition elements and thermal conductivity of the electric heating alloy and PTC thermistor used in the two preheating devices,and an experimental platform was built to conduct low temperature preheating experiments on the two fuel pipe preheating devices.The results showed that the electric heating alloy material had higher thermal conductivity and better experimental results,and was more suitable for the application in the preheating device than the PTC thermistor.
