摘 要:为解决烟用香精香料易挥发难于应用和保存问题,采用分子包络法以β-环糊精为壁材,结合非离子表面活性剂Span-80,以薄荷醇为芯材制备薄荷醇/β-环糊精包合物。考察了包合反应中芯壁质量比、反应温度、反应时间和壁材添加量对薄荷醇/β-环糊精包合效果的影响,使用扫描电镜仪和红外光谱仪对其进行表征。结果表明:薄荷醇/β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备条件为搅拌温度50℃、薄荷醇与β-环糊精的质量配比1∶6、搅拌时间3h,上述条件下形成包合物最稳定;温控实验结果表明,薄荷醇/β-环糊精包合物在70℃时,释放量大、持续时间长、均匀性较好;包合物颗粒添加于卷烟滤嘴,感官质量评价表明其具有丰富烟香、彰显卷烟风格的作用。In order to solve the volatile problem and difficult application and preservation of tobacco flavor, the molecular envelope method was used to prepare menthol/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin as wall material and menthol as core material, combined with non-ionic surfactant SPAN-80. The effects of core-wall mass ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and wall material mass fraction on the menthol/β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound were investigated. Scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer were used to characterize the inclusion effect. The results showed that, the best preparation conditions of menthol/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex were as follows: stirring temperature 50℃, mass ratio of menthol to β-cyclodextrin 1∶6, stirring time 3 h. The inclusion complex prepared under above conditions was the most stable.The results of temperature control experiment showed that the inclusion complex of menthol/β-cyclodextrin had a large release amount, a long duration and good uniformity at 70 ℃. When the inclusion compound particles were added to the cigarette filter, the sensory quality evaluation showed that it had the role of enriching the cigarette flavor and highlighting the cigarette style.
