摘 要:由中国石油抚顺石化公司研制的、具有自主知识产权的FO-35M催化汽油加氢改质催化剂已经在多套装置上实现国Ⅴ工业应用。随着我国国Ⅵ汽油质量标准的实施,部分炼厂对催化汽油(FCC汽油)的降烯烃需求更加强烈。针对炼厂在生产国Ⅵ汽油过程中提出的进一步降低烯烃含量的需求,中国石油抚顺石化公司在原FO-35M催化剂基础上,通过改进升级研制出降烯烃效果更好的FRG-M6催化汽油加氢改质催化剂,并在实验室开展了FRG-M6催化剂与不同炼厂现有的FCC汽油脱硫工艺嵌入耦合工艺研究。实验室研究结果表明,FRG-M6催化剂可达到大幅度降低烯烃、减少辛烷值损失的预期效果。工业应用试验结果表明,改进升级的FRG-M6催化剂与石油化工研究院的选择性脱硫催化剂组合的M-PHG技术,可满足炼厂生产国Ⅵ汽油调和组分对硫含量和烯烃含量的要求,并同时具有烯烃降幅大、辛烷值损失小的特点,整体技术处于国内领先水平。The FO-35M catalytic gasoline hydro-upgrading catalyst developed by PetroChina Fushun petrochemical company, with independent intellectual property rights,has been applied in several units for producingNational V standard clean gasoline. With the implementation of my country’s National VI gasoline quality standards, some refineries have a stronger demand for olefin reduction in catalytic gasoline(FCC gasoline). In response to the refinery’s need to further reduce olefin content in the production of National Ⅵ gasoline, PetroChina Fushun petrochemical company successfully developed FRG-M6 catalytic gasoline hydrogen upgrading catalyst with better olefin reduction effect on the basis of the original FO-35M catalyst. The embedded coupling process of FRG-M6catalyst and existing FCC gasoline desulfurization processes in different refineries was studied in the laboratory.Laboratory research results showed that FRG-M6 catalyst could achieve the expected effect of greatly reducing olefins and reducing the loss of octane number. The industrial application test results showed that the improved and upgraded FRG-M6 catalyst combined with the selective desulfurization catalyst of the Petrochemical Research Institute’s M-PHG technology could meet the requirements of refinery production of gasoline blending components for sulfur content and olefin content. At the same time, it had the characteristics of large olefin drop and small loss of octane number, and the overall technology was at the leading level in China.
