摘　　要：青岛炼化410万t·a^(-1)柴油加氢装置采用大连石油化工研究院开发的FHUDS系列柴油超深度脱硫催化剂及配套的S-RASSG级配技术,大部分催化剂经过再生后使用,工业应用33个月结果表明:催化剂具有加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮活性高以及芳烃饱和性好的特点,同时具有良好的活性稳定性及原料适应性,满足青岛炼化公司生产国Ⅵ标准柴油的需要。The FHUDS series diesel ultra-deep desulfurization catalysts developed by Dalian research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals were used on the 4.1 Mt·a^(-1)diesel hydrotreating unit of Qingdao refinery. The S-RASSG grading technology was also used in this unit. Most of the catalysts were used after regeneration. The industrial application period was 33 months. The results showed that the catalysts had the advantage of high hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activity, good aromatic saturation, good stability and good feedstocks adaptability, which could meet the needs of Qingdao refinery for producing national Ⅵ standard diesel.
