摘 要:从硬件和软件部分设计和开发了高精度开放式水箱的过程控制系统。硬件部分基于Altium Designer软件对电源电路等8个电路进行分块设计,并通过彼此之间的组合、仿真、调试、布线、铺铜等工作,生成PCB板,焊接所选择的元器件,经过电源供电、信号跟随和PWM波形生成等调试,以完成硬件开发。软件部分基于Visual Studio 2017,选取C++语言为开发语言,完成了通讯、主程序和子程序的编写,开发了友好的监控系统主界面和子界面,设计了PID控制、解耦控制和预测函数控制3种控制器,以对水箱系统进行实时监控。最后,将软硬件相结合,运行结果表明,所开发的高精度开放式水箱过程控制系统能够精确且快速达到其设定值,抗干扰能力强,界面运行流畅,体现了其良好的教学使用价值。The process control system of the high-precision open water tank was designed from two perspectives of software and hardware. For the hardware part, the block design of eight circuits was given based on Altium Designer software. On this basis, through the combination, simulation, debugging, wiring, copper laying and other work, PCB board was generated. Then the selected components were welded and debugged through power supply, signal amplification, signal follow and PWM waveform generation, so as to complete the hardware development. For the software part, with Visual Studio 2017 as software development platform and C++ language as software technology support, the communication, main program and subroutine were completed. The friendly main interface and subinterface of the monitoring system were developed. The PID control, decoupling control, predictive functional control(PFC) control were designed as the main controller to complete the real-time monitoring of the tank system. Finally,the software and hardware were combined. The running results showed that the developed high-precision open water tank process control system could accurately and quickly track the expected set value, which has a certain teaching value.
