摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出,中国式现代化是中国共产党领导的社会主义现代化,既有各国现代化的共同特征,更有基于自己国情的中国特色。在众多特色中,报告强调指出,“中国式现代化是人口规模巨大的现代化”。文章分析我国新时期人口结构变化的新趋势,总结人口结构变化对政府公共支出格局所产生的影响,并对政府公共支出的未来格局和人口结构变化中的新机遇展开论述,指出中国式现代化对新时期中国经济发展的重大意义。The Report to 20th National Congress of CPC points out that Chinese modernization is socialist modernization pursued under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It contains elements that are common to the modernization processes of all countries,but it is more characterized by features that are unique to the Chinese context.Among the many features,the Report emphasizes that"Chinese modernization is the modernization of a huge population."This paper analyzes the new trend of China’s demographic change in the new era,summarizes the impact of demographic change on the pattern of Chinese government’s public expenditure,and discusses the future pattern of government’s public expenditure and new opportunities in the changing demographic structure.The paper finally gives a clear expression of the importance of Chinese modernization to China’s economic development in the new era.
