摘　　要：目前医患关系持续紧张,医疗事故、医疗纠纷时有发生,如何保证医疗质量与效率,缓解医患关系,是各级医疗机构管理者面对的共同难题.通过系统建立有效的不良事件及时反馈渠道和闭环管理能够激发医务人员主动自觉上报身边的医疗不良事件(包括医疗隐患事件),能够有效减少和预防医疗事故的发生.此文通过文献查阅及对2021年首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院不良事件报告系统事件的整理,以了解有关研究进展,为进一步的研究和改进提供帮助.The relationship hetween doctors and patients continues to be tense,and medical accidents Medical disputes occur from time to time.How to ensure medical quality and efficiency and alleviate the relationship between doctors and patients is the focus of medical quality and safety managers at all levels of medical institutions.The establishment of a non punitive adverse medical event reporting system can stimulate medical personnel to actively and consciously report the adverse medical events around them(including medical hidden danger events),which can effectively reduce and prevent the occurrence of medical accidents.Literature and Sort out the adverse event reporting system events of our hospital in 2021 to understand the research progress,for helping the further research.
