微信群在服用丙戊酸钠癫痫患儿中的用药管理研究

摘　　要：目的研究微信群在服用丙戊酸钠癫痫患儿中的用药管理效果.方法选择2016年6月-2017年12月在赣州市人民医院儿科及康复科收治的服用丙戊酸钠的112例癫痫患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,观察组在微信群中接受用药管理的药学服务干预,对照组进行常规用药管理,观察1.5年,评价两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应发生率、用药合理率及丙戊酸钠血药浓度达标时间、复诊率、满意度.结果干预后,观察组临床总有效率为96.43%,显著高于对照组的80.36%(P<0.05);经干预,观察组患儿不良反应发生率为16.07%,显著低于对照组的39.29%(P<0.05);经干预,观察组患儿用药合理率、复诊率及满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙戊酸钠血药浓度达标时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05).结论在服用丙戊酸钠癫痫患儿用药管理中应用微信群构建用药咨询微信服务平台,可有效提高临床疗效,在提高患儿用药合理率、复诊率、满意度与降低不良反应发生率、缩短丙戊酸钠血药浓度达标时间方面具有明显优势.Object ive To study the drug management effects of WeChat group in children patients with epilepsy treated by sodium valproale.Methods A total of 112 children patients with epilepsy who were treated with sodium valproate from June 2016 to December 2017 in department of paediatrics and department of rehabilitation of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.Ohservation group was given drug service intervention of drug management in WeChat group,and control group was given routine drug management.After 1.5 years of observation,the clinical efficacy,incidence rate of adverse reactions,rational rate of drug use,compliance time of sodium valproate blood drug concentration,follow-up rate and satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups.Results After intervention,the total clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(96.43%vs 80.36%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in ohservation group was significantly lower than that in control group(16.07%vs 39.29%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the rational rate of drug use,follow-up rate and satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the compliance time of sodium valproate blood drug concentration was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conc lus ion In the drug management of epilepsy children patients with administration of sodium valproate,WeChat group for building a drug consultation WeChat service platform can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and it has significant advantages in improving the rational rate of drug use,follow-up rate and satisfaction,reducing the incidence rate of adverse reactions and shortening compliance time of sodium valproate blood drug concentration.
