中心城区和远郊区献血人群结构比较分析——以两典型献血屋为例

摘　　要：目的对比和分析天津市中心城区和远郊区的献血人群结构特征,为针对性的开展无偿献血宣传招募工作提供依据.方法中心城区选取滨江道献血屋,远郊区选取武清献血屋,将2017年-2021年在滨江道献血屋和武清献血屋参加献血的街头无偿献血者的基本信息进行汇总和整理,对两地献血人群性别、年龄、职业、受教育程度进行对比和分析.结果中心城区滨江道献血屋和远郊区武清献血屋的献血人群在性别、年龄、职业、受教育程度方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).滨江屋献血者5年合计男性占比52.10%,女性占比47.90%,每年男女比例均接近1:1;武清屋献血者5年合计男性占比63.86%,女性占比36.14%,每年均呈现男性明显多于女性.滨江屋献血人群每年均呈现18-25岁占比最高(5年合计占比58.03%),年龄越大,献血人数占比越低的趋势;武清屋献血人群18-25岁5年合计占比22.76%,明显低于滨江屋,26岁以上各年龄段献血人群占比均比滨江屋高,尤其36-40岁人群占比每年均是滨江屋的2倍多.滨江屋献血人群5年均以学生为主,职员占比次之,两者5年合计占比53.85%;武清屋献血人群以工人和职员为主,学生占比极少,5年间均不到10%.滨江屋献血人群5年均以本、专科为主,5年合计占比60.03%;武清屋献血人群2017年-2018年以中等职业教育、高中为主,2019年以专科和初中为主,2020年-2021年以本科、专科为主,本科及以上学历占比逐年增多.结论滨江道献血屋和武清献血屋作为中心城区与远郊区的缩影,献血人群结构的差异研究对于中心城区和远郊区针对性地开展无偿献血招募工作,提升两地献血量有重要意义.Ob jective To compare and analyze the structural characteristics of blood donors in the central and outer suburbs of Tianjin.and to provide the basis for the targeted publicity and recruitment of blood donation.Methods The blood donation house in Binjiang Road was selected in the central city and Wuqing Blood Donation House in the outer suburbs.The basic information of street blood donors who participated in blood donation in Binjiang Road and Wuqing Blood Donation House from 2017 to 2021 was collected and sorted out.and the sex,age,occupation and education level of blood donors in the two places were compared and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in sex,age,occupation and education level between blood donors in Binjiang Road Blood Donation House in the central city and Wuqing Blood Donation House in the outer suburb(P<0.05).In the past five years,52.10%men and 47.90%women have donated blood to Binjiang,and the ratio of male to female is close to 1:1 every year.In the past five years,blood donors in Wuqing House acounted for 63.86%of males and 36.14%of females,showing that males were significantly more than females every year.Every year.blood donors in Binjiang show the highest proportion of 18-25 years old(58.03%in five years).The older they are,the lower the proportion of blood donors is.The total proportion of blood donors aged 18-25 in Wuqing House is 22.76%,which is obviously lower than that in Binjiang House.The proportion of blood donors aged over 26 is higher than that in Binjiang House,especially the proportion of people aged 36-40 is more than twice that of Binjiang House every year.In the past five years,the blood donors in Binjiang House were mainly students,followed by staff,accounting for 53.85%in total.The blood donors in Wuqing are mainly workers and staff and the proportion of students is very small,less than 10%in five years.In the past five years,the blood donors in Binjiang were mainly undergraduates and specialists,accounting for 60.03%in total.In 2017-2018,the blood donors
