基于美国护理实践指南的延续性护理措施对重睑成形术的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的基于美国护理实践指南制定重睑成形术的延续性护理措施,并观察其对患者术后护理效果及满意度的影响.方法选择2020年1月-2021年6月在北京思瑞医疗诊所行重睑成形术的患者140例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组术后采用延续性护理措施,对照组术后采用传统护理措施.观察比较两组患者术后并发症情况、情绪和满意度情况.并依据患者术后满意度情况分析影响满意度的危险因素.结果此次研究基于美国重睑成形术护理实践指南,并结合笔者的护理经验,依据术后不同时期从局部伤口、饮食习惯、生活规律、术后用药和随诊频率五个层面制定了延续性护理措施方案,并对实验组患者实施.实验组患者术后并发症发生率,尤其是局部肿胀的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).实验组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况较对照组明显改善,同时满意度也明显提高(P<0.05).Logistic回归分析显示,延续性护理措施是影响患者满意度的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论基于美国护理实践指南的重睑成形术延续性护理措施能够为患者提供连续、全面、实时、专业和个体化的护理服务,从而缓解患者术后不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度.Objective To observation the effect and satisfaction of continuous nursing measures based on American nursing practice guide for blepharoplasty.Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent blepharoplasty in our center from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Continuous nursing measures were used in the experimental group and traditional nursing measures were used in the control group.The postoperative complications,emotion and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.The risk factors were analyzed according to the postoperative satisfaction.Results Based on American nursing practice guide for blepharoplasty and combined with our own nursing experience,we formulated a continuous nursing measure plan contain five aspects:local wound,eating habits,life habits,postoperative medication and follow-up frequency according to different postoperative periods.The incidence of postoperative complications,especilly local swelling,in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the anxiety and depression of the experimental group were significantly improved,and the satisfaction was also significantly improved(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that continuous nursing measures was an independent risk factor affecting patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclus ion Continuous nursing measures for blepharoplasty based on American nursing practice guidelines can provide patients with continuous,comprehensive,implemented,professional and individualized nursing services,so as to alleviate patient's bad emotions,reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient's satisfaction.
