时机性叙事护理对原发性肝癌患者心理韧性、希望水平及自我感受负担的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肝癌患者采用时机性叙事护理对心理韧性、希望水平及自我感受负担的影响.方法选取2021年1月-2022年1月老河口市第一医院收治的原发性肝癌患者共计64例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(n=32)与对照组(n=32),对照组采用常规心理护理,观察组采用时机性叙事护理,对两组心理韧性、自我感受负担、希望水平进行比较.结果两组干预后心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分明显更高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);两组干预后自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分明显更低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组明显更低(P<0.05).结论时机性叙事护理可提高原发性肝癌患者心理韧性、希望水平,降低自我感受负担.Objective To investigate the effect of timing narrative nursing on mental toughness,hope level and self-perceived burden in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to The First People's Hospital of Laofhekou City from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into ohservation group(n=32)and control group(n=32)according to the random hall-touch method.The control group received conventional psychological nursing,and the observation group received timing narrative nursing.Psychological toughness,self-perceived burden and hope level were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of CD-RISC and HHI were significantly higher in the two groups afier intervention(P<O.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-perceived burden Scale(SPBS)scores of the two groups were significantly lower after intervention(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion Timing narrative nursing can improve the mental toughness and hope level of patients with primary liver cancer and reduce the self-perceived burden.
