摘 要:针对低碳氮比条件下城市污水处理厂碳源不足、生物脱氮成本费用较高的问题,以山东某城市污水处理厂为例,用某企业生产过程中产生的乙酸、乙酸钠及乙酸乙酯等短分子链类复合有机液替代葡萄糖作为碳源,并对其脱氮效果进行试验论证;分析缺氧池末端NO^(-)_(3)-N与TN的相关关系,以大量数据为基础,建立缺氧池出口处NO^(-)_(3)-N与TN控制比值。采取以上控制方法后,污水处理厂节省脱氮成本48%,污泥日均产量降低46%,取得了良好的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of insufficient carbon source and high cost of biological nitrogen removal in traditional municipal wastewater treatment plants under the condition of low C/N ratio,taking a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Shandong as an example,analyzing the countermeasures,one is produced in the production process of a certain enterprise acetic acid,sodium acetate and ethyl acetate and other short molecular chain compound organic liquids replace glucose as carbon source,and experimentally demonstrate its denitrification effect;The correlation between NO^(-)_(3)-N and TN at the end of anoxic tank establish the control ratio of NO^(-)_(3)-N to TN at the outlet of the hypoxic pool based on a large amount of data was been analyzed.After adopting the above cost control methods,the municipal wastewater treatment plant saved 48%of denitrification costs,and the average daily sludge output was reduced by 46%,achieving good economic operation results.
