摘 要:某高新技术产业园区污水处理厂设计处理能力为3万m^(3)/d,接纳的废水以电子、光伏、机械制造为主,废水成分复杂、可生化性差、处理难度大,且部分废水中含有重金属。出水水质中COD、BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N、TP等指标执行《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅳ类水标准。根据进水水质特征和出水要求,将进厂废水分为重金属废水和综合废水进行分质预处理,预处理后再混合进行进一步处理。主体工艺采用混凝沉淀-水解酸化-两级AO/MBR-臭氧催化氧化-高效沉淀池-反硝化滤池-次氯酸钠消毒。结果表明,组合工艺对该工业废水具有较好的去除效果,COD、BOD_(5)、SS、NH_(3)-N、TP去除率均达95%以上,直接处理成本约3.44元/m^(3),出水水质能够稳定达到设计要求。The designed treatment capacity of wastewater treatment plant in a high-tech industrial park is 3×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the wastewater received is mainly electronic,photovoltaic and mechanical manufacturing,the accepted wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition,poor biodegradability,difficult to treat,and some wastewater contains heavy metals;the effluent COD,BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N and TP comply with the classⅣwater standard in the Environmental quality standard for surface water(GB 3838—2002).According to the characteristics of influent water quality and effluent requirements,the wastewater is divided into heavy metal wastewater and comprehensive wastewater for pretreatment with different properties,after pretreatment,it is mixed for further treatment;the main process is coagulation sedimentation-hydrolysis acidification-two-stage AO/MBR-ozone catalytic oxidation-high efficiency sedimentation tank-denitrification filter-sodium hypochlorite disinfection.The operation results show that the combined process has a good removal effect on the industrial wastewater,the removal rate of COD,BOD_(5),SS,NH_(3)-N and TP can reach more than 95%,the direct cost of treatment is about 3.44 yuan/m^(3),and the effluent quality can stably meet the design requirements.
