摘  要:介绍了拉合尔换流站以深井水为水源的反渗透净化工艺。根据反渗透装置的运行情况和水质变化情况,确定了导致反渗透膜结垢的主要因素。通过化学方法确定了污染物成分,并提出了相应的解决措施。通过控制加药量、加药逻辑以及低压水冲洗逻辑,有效控制了反渗透膜的结垢速度,改善了阀冷水处理系统的运行工况。The reverse osmosis purification process with deep well water as water source in Lahore converter station is introduced.According to the operation of the reverse osmosis device and the change of water quality,the main factors leading to the scaling of the reverse osmosis membrane are determined.The composition of pollutants was determined by chemical methods,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.By controlling the dosage,dosing logic and low-pressure water flushing logic,the scaling speed of reverse osmosis membrane is effectively controlled and the operation condition of valve cold water treatment system is improved.
